About the Program

Phase 1: Summer Internship (12 Weeks)

  • Paid experience starting at $19/hour
  • Hands-on rotations in departments like hospitality, marketing, finance, gaming, HR, and food & beverage
  • Direct mentorship from corporate and property leaders
  • Wrap up your summer by presenting your key takeaways to property leadership

Phase 2: Associate Program (12 Months)

  • Transition into a full-time, entry-level professional role
  • Continue learning with guided mentorship and training
  • Work on a capstone project to present to senior leadership

Who We’re Looking For

  • Undergraduate students completing junior year (or recent graduates)
  • At least 21 years old by start of internship
  • Interested in areas like hospitality, marketing, HR, finance, food & beverage, or gaming
  • Able to work full-time (40 hours/week), including some weekends and holidays
  • Eligible to work in the U.S. (visa sponsorship not available)

Timeline – Summer 2026 Cohort

  • October – April: Interviews & offers
  • May – June: Internship begins
  • August: Internship wraps with your capstone presentation
