Description
SUMMARY
Short-term assignment (3 to 6 months) in the Construction/Development Group, assisting with various projects underway and being planned at Gillette Stadium and Patriot Place in Foxborough, MA.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Interface between office staff and field crews for construction projects with a focus on GIS and AutoCAD projects
- Manage document transmittals between Construction/Development Group, other internal departments, and third-party contractors, vendors, and agencies.
- Prepare and manage status reports, information requests, and other project tracking documents.
- Assist in other duties as required
SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Construction and/or Architecture study
- Construction, Real Estate Development, and/or Architecture experience
- Working knowledge of Word and Excel
- Prior experience with ArcGIS a plus
- Experience with BIM related software preferred
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and/or Revit is preferred but not essential
- Must have means of transportation to and from Foxborough, MA
