These positions will be filled within the Eastern Region of TIGTA, which includes the following duty locations: ANDOVER, MA; HOLTSVILLE, NY; PHILADELPHIA, PA; BALTIMORE, MD; WASHINGTON, DC; NEW CARROLLTON, MD; MARTINSBURG, WV; ATLANTA, GA; PLANTATION, FL. Applicants are limited to 3 duty locations.

The following are the duties of this position at the GS-12. You will have the opportunity to learn to perform these duties and will receive training to help you grow in this developmental position.

- Conduct valid and reliable research when analyzing internal and external information to assess risk factors and identify high-risk areas.
- Identify all elements of findings and provide appropriate recommendations in conducting audits.
- Articulate audit outcomes for findings and recommendations that result in cost savings, program improvements, or revenue enhancement.
- Identify and use the most appropriate statistical sampling methods to achieve objectives.
